There are so many important causes and ministry opportunities in the world, from gospel outreach, mentorship, political activism such as pro-life rallies, etc. Just like the body and its various parts, each ministry has a special calling and ability to carry out these missions. For this reason, our fellowship financially partners with a number of other ministries. In this series we will highlight each of the ministries that we support, both to better understand where portions of our tithes and offerings go, and to raise awareness for each cause.
The first ministry that we will be taking a look at is Salem Rescue Center in Kenya. This orphanage provides not only for the children’s physical needs and education, but teaches them the love of YHVH. Music is an important aspect of their worship, and over the years they have produced a number of wonderful songs and music videos. The joy that they express in worship is truly inspiring.

We began supporting Salem Rescue Centre over a decade ago. We have had the blessing of watching their ministry grow, acquire additional resources, and build new buildings. Many of our members have also had the joy of communicating with the children on a regular basis as pen pals. This has given us the opportunity to see as each child grows and eventually, as many have, graduate from the program and go on to do great things.
